If you want your child to be part of the ball boys team during the OPEN 13 PROVENCE 2022 session which will take place at the Palais des Sports of the city of Marseille from 13 to 20 February 2022 (2nd week of the winter school holidays of the Aix-Marseille Academy) (Qualifications on 13 and 14 February)
It is imperative that you register your child with the officials of the club to which he/she belongs, who will make an initial selection (see the club teacher or the President). Documentation will be sent to the clubs in due course.
The Management of the OPEN 13 PROVENCE, wishes that each club sends to the Committee 13, a selection of 4 children by club at most. The number of selected collectors will be 36 this year.
It is imperative that children are fully available from Sunday 13 February 2022 to Sunday 20 February 2022.
All collectors will be dressed. Meals will be taken care of. Under no circumstances will OPEN 13 PROVENCE be able to take care of the children after their performance.
If your child is selected by his/her club, he/she must be present at :
- A half-day training session for collectors on Saturday, January 22, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (He will be summoned for this purpose) Under the covered courts of the Tennis Club of Saint VICTORET: Boulevard Charles De Gaulle 13730 ST VICTORET
- A final selection will take place on Sunday 30 January 2022 under the covered courts of the Tennis Club of Saint VICTORET :

It is possible that, depending on the number of candidates, the training and selection will take place on Saturday 22 January 2022. You will be informed in due course.
Each child registered by his or her club must present himself or herself on Saturday 22 January 2022 with a recent identity photo in colour (even for older children), in tennis clothes but without a racket.
NB: Do not send personal applications directly to the OPEN 13 PROVENCE or to the Comité 13 or to the Ligue de Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur, they will not be accepted.
We would like to inform you that in the current state of French regulations, FFT provisions and rules to be applied to ATP tournaments, the Health Pass is mandatory for anyone entering an ATP tournament. If these rules do not change by January 23, 2022, the first day of training for the ball boys of the Open 13 Provence 2022, we will be obliged to respect them without any derogation except those provided for by these same rules.
We invite you to make any arrangements you deem necessary if you wish your child to participate in the training and selection of ball boys and girls on 23 January 2022 and avoid a last minute refusal. If you choose to have your child tested when he/she is not vaccinated, the test will be at your expense and will take place the day before he/she takes up his/her duties in our laboratory.
Even if your child has been vaccinated, the PCR test may be compulsory, in which case it will not be charged to you.
